What you’ll be doing:
- Generating new business through proactive sales activity, including calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Building and developing relationships with companies across London.
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates
- Interviewing candidates and matching them to suitable roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Positioning yourself as a specialist within the Business Support market
What we’re looking for:
- Previous sales or target-driven experience is essential
- Recent graduates who are motivated to build a career in recruitment
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Competitive, ambitious, and financially driven individuals
- Resilient and proactive with a strong work ethic
