Location: Greater London
Job Description:

Product Engineer (Backend & Frontend) – London or Remote

No PM layer. The CTO sets direction – then it’s yours. You talk to users, make the tradeoffs, decide what ships and when. You own the outcome, not the task – if that resonates you’ll like this company.

The company: B2B AI marketing platform, backed by LocalGlobe, 2.5x ARR last year, onboarded 50+ enterprise customers like Canva, Deel and Pigment.

This is an extremely advanced AI marketing platform you’ll be working – in practice it means building real-time personalisation infrastructure processing millions of events daily, working on the deepest LinkedIn ABM integration on the market, and contributing to agentic workflows that are being architected right now.

You’ll work directly with customers, CS and sales – understanding what users actually need, not what gets filtered through a spec. That’s not a nice-to-have. It’s how the product gets built.

The person they’re looking for, regardless of level: hungry, high-ownership, genuinely curious about the product and the people using it. Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. No ego. Bias to impact over process.

If you’ve thrived in a fast-moving startup environment where the answer wasn’t always obvious, that matters more here than years of experience.

They’re open to junior, mid, and senior engineers – the right attitude and fundamentals will be weighted heavily at every level.

Backend – Golang or strong typed-language background, distributed systems, cloud-native Frontend – React/TypeScript at depth, product sense, full-stack awareness

Process

Intro call with CTO → pair programming (1 hour) → onsite with team and CEO. Decisions fast.

Salary (all roles come with equity)

They’re open to hybrid or remote working (most of the eng team are in tuesdays and thursdays in London).
