We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer to join our expanding in‑house Instrument Service Engineering team.
We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and easy-to-understand way. You will be a proactive decision‑maker who is solution‑focused, with a creative, innovative, and logical approach to meeting business objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical support, preventative maintenance, and repair for analytical laboratory instrumentation, working both autonomously and as part of a wider team. This is a site‑based role at either Hawarden, Wakefield, or Coventry, and will require travel to other ALS sites across the UK and, on occasion, Europe.
Instrumentation covered is predominantly ICP‑OES and ICP‑MS, with opportunities to learn and support additional analytical instrumentation over time.
