DevOps Security Consultant

Location: UK Based Hybrid (x2‑3 days in a week to Sheffield)

Visa: Only British/ILR

We are seeking a skilled Container Security Engineer to join the Secure Development team, driving secure container adoption and reducing security risks across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance container security standards, controls, and best practices
• Integrate security tools into container lifecycle (build, deploy, runtime)
• Perform security assessments and vulnerability management for container platforms
• Collaborate with SOC and incident teams to respond to container security incidents
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI‑DSS, NIST, CIS)

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container platforms
• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm)
• Hands‑on with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, etc.)
• Knowledge of container security tools (scanners, CNAPP, etc.)
• Programming experience (Python or Java preferred)
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and security fundamentals
