Inside Sales Executive / Sales Executive – Based in Preston

Exciting opportunity for an Sales Executive for a fast paced Creative Service business in the Preston area. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a SME working closely with customers and collaborating with all departments within the business.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with both inbound sales enquiries and outbound sales activity via telephone, email, web platform, live chat and social channels and converting to sales.
  • Building a qualifying pipeline leading to sales conversion.
  • Establishing the customers’ requirements through building rapport and using effective questioning whilst upholding our companies Values.
  • Solution finding, concept building producing quotes and proposals in line with needs.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities whilst providing a high level of customer service. Effectively manage client expectations, prioritise responses, and coordinate input from other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics and Operations teams to ensure smooth transition from the sales to delivery.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to encourage future business.
  • Make sure that information is dealt with accurately and entered onto our CRM system ensuring that we always maintain an up-to-date database.
  • Contact existing clients to ensure the business is retained by winning back the rebook.
  • Proactively contact lapsed customers to re-engage and promote our services with the aim of winning back any potential future business.
  • Take initiative by proactively identifying new opportunities and take responsibility for initial contact with a view to generating new business.
  • Keep all client information up to date in our systems, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless handovers with other departments.
  • Through ownership and actions, focus and commit to achieving the overall agreed Sales Targets and team KPIs.
  • Plus any other reasonable tasks as required by the business.
