Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Residential Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Sevenoaks. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ PQE to take the next step in their career within a supportive and well-regarded firm.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including property sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will work directly with clients supported by our experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of residential property transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients
- Supporting senior team members on more complex matters
- Actively participating in business development and client relationship management
About You:
- 2+ years PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Keen to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
