We’re hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-growing renewables business, helping customers move forward with renewable energy solutions.
The Role
This is a closing role, not lead generation.
- Follow up warm, qualified leads from the marketing team
- Conduct sales consultations via phone or video
- Guide customers through the process and close deals
- Take opportunities from enquiry through to signed agreement
You’ll be working alongside a team that already generates strong demand — your focus is to convert and close.
What’s On Offer
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission (100% OTE)

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2C sales experience (ideally closing deals)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable selling over phone / video
- Background in solar, energy, or renewables is a big advantage
- Warm inbound pipeline — no cold prospecting
- High-demand product in a booming market
- Genuine opportunity to earn significant commission
