We’re seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to be the driver for Zendesk’s growth and exciting innovation in our customers. You will be at the center of the action, leveraging our full AI suite—AI Agent, Copilot, QA, CCaaS—to drive business impact, efficiency, and innovation with executive teams in our key customers.
This is a hybrid role. Successful candidates are expected to travel regularly for face‑to‑face engagement with customers and prospects across UK & Ireland. You will join a collaborative, inclusive sales team committed to customer impact, innovation, and long‑term growth.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration – while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in‑office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
