You’ll sit in a team that handles more campaign-led, strategic work across retail clients. It’s less about pure POS, more about understanding how a brand shows up across multiple touchpoints — and making it all happen.

This role needs someone confident. Someone who can take a brief, run with it, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading campaign delivery across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Managing complex projects with lots of moving parts (and tight timelines)
  • Acting as the day-to-day lead on key client work
  • Translating comms strategies and media plans into actionable deliverables
  • Working across brand, retail marketing, and in-store teams
  • Keeping internal teams aligned and projects on track
  • Building strong, trusted client relationships

What You’ll Bring

  • Agency experience (c.3+ years) in an account handling role
  • Strong background in campaign delivery (not just pure shopper/POS)
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix — channels, comms, and brand
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, reactive workloads
  • Confident running projects and making decisions
  • Proactive, confident, and happy to take ownership
  • Comfortable leading projects and “holding the room”
  • Solutions-focused — you figure things out, not wait for answers
  • Ambitious and keen to push yourself (and the work) forward
