  • Ensure that all club team members are suitably trained in Health and Safety procedures and that the company policies and procedures relating to health and safety are adhered to at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including managing and developing a team, ensuring a great member experience and proactively dealing with member feedback and complaints.
  • Possess a full understanding of managing the club as a Duty Manager or above.

  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and operational excellence.

As well as joining a high‑growth, entrepreneurial and premium lifestyle brand, we have a suite of benefits designed to help you maximise good health and wellness. You and a friend or family member will be given a complimentary group membership which will give you access to all of our clubs and we will actively encourage you to use your additional benefits which include discounted rates across our Spa, Medical, Nutrition and Hospitality brands. Additionally, you’ll be rewarded with a good holiday allowance, study support, as well as opportunities to contribute to the overall People strategy.
