Job Title

Client Engagement and Business Development Executive.

We are seeking a proactive Client Engagement and Business Development Executive to join our team in Lincolnshire. This role can be full-time or part-time to suit the needs of potential applicants.

The role requires travel to meet with new and existing clients across the UK. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Interaction. Regularly engage with prospective and existing clients through meetings, calls, and emails to build and maintain strong relationships.
  2. Build a Marketing Stategy. Develop and execute engaging content that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience.
  3. Grow Leads and Sales Pipeline. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales pipeline.
  4. Performance Monitoring. Track and report on sales activities and client interactions to inform strategy and improve results.

Key Attributes

  1. Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills. Ability to effectively build relationships and address client needs.
  2. Content Development Skills. Capable of creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns and engaging content. Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  3. Organisational Skills. Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.
  4. Industry Experience. Previous experience in the health and safety or consulting industry is a plus but not easstitial.
  5. Revenue Target Achievement. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets is a plus but not essential.
