Operations Manager

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our team! Operations Managers are people-focused and have accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club, giving our members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximising member experience. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
