We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.**Your new role*** Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals* Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities* Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis* Analyse data to identify root causes and assess the impact of proposed changes on financial performance, operations, and customer experience.* Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and operational teams* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaboration* Implement change processes that support smooth transitions and adoption of new ways of working* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation within the division**About you**You’re a curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and driving meaningful change. You bring a structured approach, a collaborative mindset, and a strong desire to grow your skills in transformation and improvement.We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:* Experience in a business or change-focused role, such as Project Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst or Change Consultant.* Exposure to Insurance, Reinsurance, or broader Financial Services, with an understanding of the complexities these sectors bring.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and measure the impact of change* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trust and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights* Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, running effective discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders* Project coordination skills, including building and managing plans, tracking progress, and aligning teams* Understanding of change management principles, with a focus on supporting smooth transitions and adoption* Problem-solving mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing practical, business-focused solutions* Adaptability and a growth mindset, eager to learn, take on new challenges, and develop expertise in change and strategy**Benefits**We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
