Are you highly organised, proactive and great at keeping a busy team running smoothly? We’re looking for a Senior Business Administrator to provide essential support that helps our services run efficiently and make a real difference to people’s lives.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that colleagues can deliver high quality services. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries, maintain accurate and reliable records. You’ll develop a strong understanding of the service we provide and how your work enables better outcomes for our communities. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage multiple tasks at once, deal with regular interruptions, and confidently reprioritise your workload to meet the needs of children and families attending the family hub. In addition to core administrative duties, you’ll also deliver more specialist support, such as minute‑taking for meetings, financial reconciliation and contributing to project work.
