Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Development Representative based in Leeds. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, initiating and managing client relationships, and driving sales opportunities to closure. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach via calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the wider sales team to meet targets and grow revenue. Additionally, the individual will help contribute to the company’s overall business development strategies and initiatives. It’s a fast‑paced, target‑driven position where you’ll be supported with the training, structure, and coaching needed to succeed.
Qualifications
- Some experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation advantageous but training is provided
- Strong skills in Business Development and Sales
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting client relationships
- Previous experience in telematics, fleet management, or SaaS industries is advantageous
Earning potential
- OTE of £45,000 – £70,000
