Role Description
We are seeking a well-connected senior professional based in London to support the expansion of our AI-powered compliance platform, ULTRA, into UK financial institutions.
This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired professional from the financial services industry who is looking for a flexible, high-impact engagement while remaining active in the market.
You will play a strategic role in introducing ULTRA to your network, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving adoption of AI solutions to digitise compliance operations across financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline and digitise compliance operations across institutions
- Engage senior stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, COOs, Heads of Compliance) on the value of AI-driven compliance solutions
- Lead or support client discussion and industry engagements
- Provide insights on regulatory expectations, particularly in relation to Financial Conduct Authority frameworks
Requirements
- Strong network within UK financial institutions (asset managers, wealth managers, financial intermediaries)
- Deep familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, including FCA regulations
- Prior experience in senior roles such as Compliance, Risk, Regulatory Advisory
- Strong credibility and ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Interest in AI technology and its application in financial services

- Former Head of Compliance, Senior Compliance Officer, or FCA professional
- Experience working in FCA-regulated environments
- Recently retired or transitioning to a portfolio/advisory career
