We are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a full‑time position based in Leeds. You will be responsible for overseeing traffic management contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing contracts from start to completion
- Pricing and cost control of projects
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Coordinating resources
- Attending and leading site meetings
- Managing permits
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and safety standards
- Supporting sustainability and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in contract or project management
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proficiency in 12d (essential)
- Knowledge of traffic management systems (essential)
- Strong Excel skills (essential)
- Experience in pricing (essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Understanding of industry safety regulations
- CAD knowledge beneficial
- Familiarity with sustainability practices
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
