We are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a full‑time position based in Leeds. You will be responsible for overseeing traffic management contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing contracts from start to completion
• Pricing and cost control of projects
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Coordinating resources
• Attending and leading site meetings
• Managing permits
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and safety standards
• Supporting sustainability and efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in contract or project management
• Strong commercial awareness
• Proficiency in 12d (essential)
• Knowledge of traffic management systems (essential)
• Strong Excel skills (essential)
• Experience in pricing (essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Understanding of industry safety regulations
• CAD knowledge beneficial
• Familiarity with sustainability practices
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
