What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the commercial lead across multiple projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from contract agreement through to final account.
- Managing the commercial performance of live projects from start to finish
- Ensuring contracts, payment terms, and project scopes are clearly defined and agreed
- Leading on variations — securing value while maintaining strong client relationships
- Producing accurate forecasts, payment applications, and reports
- Supporting project teams with expert contractual advice
- Monitoring risk and ensuring projects remain financially on track
- Building trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent people skills.
You’ll bring:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or related sectors
- A solid understanding of contracts (JCT, NEC, and bespoke)
- The ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in client‑facing situations
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
