  • Target driven: You will be accountable for daily and weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, research) and monthly outcome metrics (qualified meetings set, pipeline contribution).

  • Exceptional communication skills: You can write compelling emails, hold confident phone conversations, and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Resilient and persistent: You understand that prospecting involves rejection. You bounce back quickly, learn from no’s, and stay focused on the next opportunity.
  • Research excellence: You know how to use LinkedIn, company websites, news sources, and databases to build comprehensive prospect profiles.
  • Curiosity about technology: You don’t need to be a developer, but you’re genuinely interested in how software gets built, how enterprises use technology, and what challenges CIOs and CTOs face.
  • Organised and metrics‑driven: You manage your pipeline meticulously. You track activities, follow up reliably, and use data to optimise your approach.
  • Team player with individual drive: You thrive in collaborative environments but are self‑motivated enough to manage your own daily activities. You celebrate team wins and contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture.
  • Comfortable with executive conversations: You’re not intimidated by senior titles. You can initiate conversations with CIOs and CTOs and ask insightful questions.
