Our focus is not on individual products, but on building a scalable, integrated robotics deployment platform.
The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to act as a central execution and coordination layer across the business.
This is not a traditional operations role.
This position sits at the intersection of:
The primary objective is to ensure alignment, execution, and momentum across all commercial and operational activities.
You will be responsible for making sure initiatives move forward efficiently and nothing falls between teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
- Maintain visibility across all active initiatives and ensure progress is tracked
- Support commercial activity through:
- Assist with product launches, demonstrations, and pilot deployments
- Ensure communication and alignment between teams
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- Establish lightweight processes and reporting structures where needed
- Work closely with leadership to translate strategy into execution
Candidate Profile
Required
- 5+ years experience in operations, program management, or execution-focused roles
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive execution
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to follow through on tasks
- Excellent communication skills (native or near-native English preferred)
Preferred
- Exposure to technical products (robotics, hardware, software, automation)
- Engineering or technical background (not essential)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience supporting product launches or deployments
