Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Execution: Own and drive high-priority special projects at the intersection of commercial performance and guest experience. Topics span the full breadth of the business – from how we know and engage our guests, to how we curate world‑class hospitality, to how we show up for our brand partners
  • Executive Partnership & Daily Leadership Engagement: Serve as the strategic right hand to the Chairman, helping to manage priorities, shape thinking, and ensure follow‑through on key initiatives.
  • Business Performance Audits: Lead structured diagnostics across real estate, retail, and operations – identifying performance gaps and translating findings into actionable, practical recommendations – leaning into execution when required.
  • Cross-functional Integration: Act as a connector and integrator across the business, ensuring that real estate, retail, and productivity functions are working in concert rather than in parallel.
  • Productivity & Innovation: Support ongoing efforts to optimize Village operations, with a particular focus on zones where retail and real estate performance intersect.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • A current MBA candidate (or recent graduate) with 3-5 years of prior experience, ideally from a top‑tier management consulting firm.
  • International mindset and cultural agility; experience working across multiple countries or global organisations is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in luxury, retail, real estate, or hospitality is advantageous but not required – intellectual curiosity and commercial sharpness matter more.
