The successful candidate will provide support arranging a wide range of educational and social care placements as well as financial processing for all contracts.
Ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Support Officer with good financial administration knowledge and experience in using SAP. Ideally they will have previously working in Commissioning.
They will support the finance aspects of contracts including raising limit orders, checking/processing of invoices using the SAP financial management system, processing uplifts, and dealing with enquires from suppliers. The Business Support Officer would also consult with finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure all financial processes and record keeping adhere to commissioning standing orders and audit requirements.
