Key Responsibilities of the Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator (EMEA):
- n
- Act as a key contact for lateral recruitment, covering candidate attraction, selection, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Collaborate with EMEA colleagues on trainee and intern hiring, supporting vacation schemes and other early careers programmes
- Support the full trainee lifecycle, from induction through to qualification, including mid-seat and end-of-seat evaluation processes
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and trackers to support professional development programmes across EMEA
- Coordinate the associate mentoring programme, including record-keeping and monitoring participation
- Assist with initiatives, projects, and systems to support associate development, retention, and promotion

Skills & Requirements of the Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator (EMEA):
- n
- 2+ years’ experience coordinating recruitment programmes within a law firm, ideally in a high-performance, international, multi-office environment
- International outlook with strong cultural awareness
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using Apply4Law (preferred) or similar recruitment systems
