Employment Solicitor (2–6 PQE)nLeeds nHybrid WorkingnnA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded, full-service UK law firm with a strong reputation for advising employers across a broad range of sectors.nnThis is a chance to join a well-established and growing Employment team known for its strength in respondent work, supporting regional, national and international clients including businesses, public sector organisations and charities.nnThe RolenYou’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The work is predominantly employer-focused, with exposure to high-quality advisory and tribunal matters.nnYour responsibilities will include:

- Providing pragmatic, commercial employment law advice across a range of issues
- Managing your own Employment Tribunal caseload, including advocacy at hearings, PHRs and CMDs where appropriate
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and strategic projects
- Drafting, researching and delivering clear, solution-focused advice to clients
- Attending client meetings, negotiations and contributing to business development initiatives
- Delivering training sessions and building strong client relationships
- Supervising and delegating to junior team members where appropriate

- 2–6 years’ PQE with solid employment law experience
- Confident handling tribunal matters and client advisory work
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
- An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
