This is a senior role suited to an established EA with a proven track record of supporting Senior Partner-level leadership in a demanding, globally focused environment.

EA to Senior Partner (Corporate) Key Responsibilities:
- n
- Manage diary, calendars, emails, travel, client correspondence, files, documents, and reports on behalf of busy Fee-Earners
- Anticipate needs of Fee-Earners by identifying potential issues and using initiative to anticipate those needs
- Prepare and organise new client matters and engagements
- Keep up to date records and tracking charts for Fee-Earners
- Handle complex billing matters
- Prepare draft offer letters including finalise formal letters and attachments
- Organise Partner’s dinners, preparing balanced attendee lists, liaising with partners, and catering, and producing table plans

EA to Senior Partner (Corporate) Skills & Requirements:
- n
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑suite / Partner‑level leadership within a law firm
- Previous Legal PA / EA / Secretarial experience within Corporate at a law firm
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones with occasional early / late meetings
- Strong stakeholder management with partners, clients, and business services teams
