We’relooking for an enthusiastic Admissions and SchoolRelationship Manager to lead our admissions journeyand strengthen our partnerships with schools, MATs, and youthorganisations.

 

This isan exciting opportunity to join City CollegeNorwich as part of the Registry team, play acentral role in student recruitment, lead a motivated team, anddeliver a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for everyapplicant.

 

As ourAdmissions and School Relationship Manager, youwill:

 

Lead, organise andinspire a high‑performing admissions team.

Manageworkloads, priorities and deadlines to deliver an exceptionalservice.

Build and maintain productiverelationships with schools, MATs, youth organisations, and externalstakeholders.

Oversee all admissions dataprocesses to ensure accuracy, compliance and timelyreporting.

Enhance the onboarding journey forapplicants, including those facing barriers tolearning.

Continuously review, refine andcommunicate admissions processes andprocedures.

Analyse recruitment trends andprovide evidence‑based recommendations.

Championa culture of continuous improvement across theteam.

Deliver training and development activitiesto keep the team up to date with policies and bestpractice.

 

What We’reLooking For:

 

A minimumLevel 3 qualification (A‑levelequivalent).

Experience in further education,schools, HE, or a youth/education‑focusedenvironment.

A proven track record of successfulrecruitment, outreach, or engagementinitiatives.

Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and develop a team.

Acommitment to delivering customer serviceexcellence.

Outstanding communication andrelationship‑building skills with staff, parents, students, andexternal partners.

Competency in MicrosoftOutlook, Word and Excel.

A proactive, resilientand collaborative approach to work.

A strongcommitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and dataprotection.
