We are seeking compassionate and reliableSupport Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 care for a 27-year-oldgentleman with complex needs in his home and within the communityin Bracknell.
ShiftPattern:
• Day Shifts: 08:00 –20:00
• Waking Nights: 20:00 –08:00
• 24/7 carepackage
RoleResponsibilities:
• Providingpersonal care, including daily pad changes
•Supporting with breakfast preparation and occasional lunchpreparation
• Medication administration(including epilepsy management)
• Supportingattendance at religious activities (Temple)
•Supporting weekly swimming sessions
• Dailywalks and community access
• Promotingindependence and maintaining safety at home and in thecommunity
EssentialRequirements:
• Full UK manualdriving licence
• Experience supportingindividuals with epilepsy and challengingbehaviour
• Compassionate, reliable andcommitted approach
• Full specialist trainingprovided
