JobSummary:
We are seeking anexperienced and enthusiastic sales executive to join thejustforgroups! team, the division which specialises in tailor-madegroup holidays. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for thetravel industry, a background in travel and tourism, or a minimumof two years working in a sales role. You will have strongcommunication and negotiation skills, and the ability tomulti-task, whilst working in an office environment,and
Key responsibilitiesinclude;
· Sourcing, andcontacting new customers predominantly via telephone and email withthe occasional in-person visits
· Maintaining,developing, and building relationships with existing customers,whilst identifying their needs to tailor-make groupholidays
· Handling, processing, and confirmingcustomer enquiries
· Meeting targets anddeadlines
· Sourcing, negotiating rates, andcontracting hotels
· Researching, and creatingbespoke itineraries
· Preparing promotionalmaterials for customers to help sell theholidays
· Processing and preparingcorrespondence via email and post
· Processingpayments and invoices
· Occasional off-sitevisits to customers and businesspartners
Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the rightcandidate.
Days: Monday-Friday.
