Grass CutterWe’re looking for Grass cutters / Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our client’s team in Tavistock, helping to keep neighbourhoods clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves hands-on outdoor work, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and takes pride in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services.Your Responsibilities You’ll be involved in a wide range of outdoor tasks, including:

• • Cutting grass and strimming across housing estates and communal areas

• • Trimming hedges, maintaining shrubs, and general grounds upkeep

• • Litter picking to keep public spaces clean and safe

• • Planting seasonal flowers, trees, and other greenery

• • Assisting with wider landscaping and environmental improvement projects

• • Operating grounds maintenance machinery such as mowers, strimmers and blowers

What We’re Looking For

• • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor roles (preferred but not essential)

• • A full UK driving licence if you’re not based locally to Tavistock

• • Someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in all weather conditions
