• Location: Sutton, Greater London (SM1 4LE)
• Contract Type: Temporary (5+ months)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate: £145 per day
• Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

As a Housing Manager, you will:

• Take a holistic approach to tenancy management, supporting residents through challenges and providing clear solutions
• Manage rent recovery, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding cases, and domestic abuse support
• Assist residents with mutual exchanges and making positive lifestyle changes
• Promote inclusion, fairness, and community engagement
• Maintain detailed, evidence-based records and uphold excellent service standards
• Work across teams to deliver xwzovoh priorities that really matter to residents

Essential skills and experience:

• Rent recovery and tenancy management
• Safeguarding (adults & children)
• Anti-social behaviour case management
• Supporting vulnerable residents, including those experiencing domestic abuse
• Knowledge of NEC (Northgate) system
• Full UK driving licence
