The team supports high-volume transaction processing, month-end reconciliations, and process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency. As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day transactional finance activities, including invoice processing, vendor management, and bank reconciliation automation. Your role includes supporting process automation initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to month-end and audit preparations. This position offers a dynamic environment with many ongoing projects, including a major purchase-to-pay system upgrade.
Manage end-to-end invoice processing for multiple business units Oversee automation of bank reconciliations and AP workflows Maintain vendor records, onboarding, and compliance with control policies Support period-end reconciliations, audit readiness, and process improvement projects You will bring proven experience managing transactional accounts payable teams within large, international organisations.
