TheSettlement is a 100 year old organisation based in the middle ofthe world’s first Garden City. You will work in a unique Grade IIlisted building, the old Skittles Inn, built in 1907, which hasbeen a centre for adult education since 1920.

Weare a registered charity, providing a wide range of courses,workshops and events to the local community. As we move into oursecond century, we are looking for a highly organised and proactiveAdministrative Assistant with the vision, skills and energy to helpus deliver a bright future for the Settlement, and work at the veryheart of our organisation.

This role is ideal forsomeone who enjoys supporting others, managing a varied workload,and keeping operations runningsmoothly.

AdministrativeAssistant

Whatwe are looking for in our AdministrativeAssistant:

Strongorganisational and time managementskills

Confident communicatorwith a friendly, professionalmanner

Good working knowledgeof Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook)

Experience of usinga database and/or accountingpackage

Ability to prioritisetasks and workindependently

High attentionto detail andaccuracy

Previousadministrative experience is desirable but notessential

Experience in amarketing role is ideal, but not essential
