The Women’s Justice Service provides tailored, trauma informed supports to women across South Lanarkshire who have found themselves involved with the justice system.  The key aim of the service is to support women involved with the Justice System to reduce elements of risk, improve wellbeing and to achieve positive destinations. The successful candidate will co-facilitate weekly Women’s Hubs in locations across South Lanarkshire and provide one to one support and assessment as required.  excellent relationship building skills; The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of trauma informed practice and experience of working with women in vulnerable situations, preferably but not necessarily within the justice system.  The successful candidate should have an HNC or other relevant equivalent qualification in health and social care.
