Duetocurrentexpansionthiswillbeanewkeyroleandexcitingtimestojoinandsupportthegrowingproductrangeandassistinbuildingacutting-edge,web-basedfront-endfromthegroundup.

Theperson

WeareseekingaTechnicalFreightSupportSpecialistwithastrongbackgroundincustomsdeclarationsand/orfreightforwarding,self-startingproblemsolverwiththeabilitytolearnnewtechnologiesquickly.Theidealcandidatewillbeacommunicativeteamplayerwithawelcomingandengagingdemeanour.

Requiredexperience

Thecandidateshouldhavethefollowingexperience:

  • In-depthknowledgeofUKcustomsdeclarationsand/orfreightforwarding.
  • ExperienceofcompletingImport&Exportentries
  • Excellentcommunicationskills(bothverbalandwritten)withtheabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofteam.
  • Haveagreatpersonality;youwillbeexpectedtoworkcloselywiththeteam,continuouslylearn,andactivelyshareknowledgewithothers.
  • Haveaproblem-solvingmindset,goodproblemanalysisandakeeneyefordetail
  • Abilitytocopeunderpressureandmeetdeadlines
  • Youmustalsobeenthusiasticandbewillingtoacceptnewchallenges.
  • Excellentcustomerserviceskills/commercialawareness
