Service Delivery Associate – Release & Deployment Manager

• Location : Wiltshire (5 days p/week on-site)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Release & Deployment Manager. You will oversee and coordinate releases across multiple applications, ensuring effective governance and smooth transition through development, testing and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate releases across multiple teams and applications.
• Manage end-to-end release activity from development to production.
• Communicate timelines, plans and risks across stakeholder groups.
• Track releases, address non-conformances and maintain full audit traceability.
• Attend Change Release Boards, CAB and internal governance forums.
• Ensure release data is accurately captured in the CMDB with SACM.
• Manage tickets, work orders and daily engagement with the Customer Authority.
• Support improvements to Change & Release processes.
• Represent Fujitsu professionally on site.

Skills & Experience

• Strong IT Service Management background.
• Solid understanding of Change & Release Management best practice.
• Experience coordinating multi-application release schedules.
• Strong planning, reporting and risk management capability.
• Confident chairing meetings and driving governance.
• Knowledge of Remedy ITSM. xwzovoh
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship skills.
