We are seeking anexperienced Clinic Manager to manage our Edgbaston clinic whichprovides both Optical & Aesthetic services, includingpost-operative consultations, comprehensive eye examinations,injectable aesthetic treatments and cosmetic post-op consultations.You will be required to work a rota that includes weekends.Reporting to the Divisional director, you will play a key role inensuring your clinic achieves financial performanceby:
- Leading, motivating and managing ahigh performing team.
- Delivering industryleading customer service.
- Making our vision andvalues live and breathe.
- Effective teamrostering, ensuring we have the right people in the right place atthe right time.
- P&L management, takingevery opportunity to minimize costs and maximiserevenue.
- Ensuring audit, policies, proceduresand medical governance standards are met at alltimes.

What will welook for inyou?
- Ideally you’llhave a minimum of three years Management experience gained withineither the Optical, Private Health, Beauty / Spa, Hospitality,Retail or Service sectors.
- Experience ofworking within a target driven and fast pacedenvironment.
- Proven people management skills,capable of building and leading high performingteams.
- Excellent organizational andcommunication skills
- Experience of P&LAccounts or budgetary management to controlcosts.
- A positive ‘can do’attitude.
- Drive, determination and ability toovercome ambiguity and the daily challenges of‘management’.
- A good understanding of statutorypolicies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQCpolicies and procedures is a distinctadvantage.
- Genuine desire to work in theAesthetic and OpticalIndustries.
