The successful SeniorProject Manager will work across a broad range of sectors includingData Centres, Occupier, Local Gov, Healthcare and Sport &Leisure. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role indelivering complex projects while maintaining strong clientrelationships and high professionalstandards.
Responsibilitiesof the Senior ProjectManager
As Senior ProjectManager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery ofprojects throughout the full project lifecycle. The Senior ProjectManager will act as the main point of contact for clients,providing leadership, technical expertise, and commercialoversight.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Leadingconstruction projects as Senior Project Manager from inception tocompletion
- Acting asthe primary client-facingcontact
- Managingprogramme, risk, quality, andgovernance
- Coordinatingmulti-disciplinary consultant teams andcontractors
- Producingclient reports and projectdocumentation
- Mentoringand supporting junior ProjectManagers
Requirementsof the Senior ProjectManager
This Senior ProjectManager role is suited to a professional services–focusedconsultant who enjoys working closely with clients and deliveringhigh-qualityoutcomes.
Essentialcriteria:
- Demonstrableexperience as a Senior Project Manager within a constructionconsultancy
- Charteredstatus (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM orequivalent)
- Strongclient-facing and stakeholder managementcapability
- Experiencedelivering projects within commercial or public-sectorenvironments
- Excellentleadership, communication, and organisationalskills
On offer forthe Senior ProjectManager
- £60,000 –£65,000 basicsalary
- 25 daysannual leave plus bankholidays
