Interim Development Manager – Social Housing – £30.00 to £32.50 per hour – Immediate Start – Duration – 2 to 3 months – Hybrid Role to work in the Torbay Area.
Possibility of a Permanent Position as will be Recruiting for this post. Free Parking. Weekly Paid, 28 Days Holidays, whilst Temping

The Essential Parts of the role:
- Development Manger within Social Housing, or within the Public Sector
- Project Management experience (ideally Housing)
- Managed a Team to the best of their Team’s individual capabilities
- To Lead by Example with a Hands on Approach
- Experience as part of an Organisational Management Team
- Residential Development including the Development Process
- Deal with On- Going Projects
- Financial Modelling and Viability Methodology
- Experience within Project & Programme Management
- Financial Budgetary Management
- Ability to Engage with Government & Local Authorities
- Technical, Regulatory, Contractual, Procurement and Legal Knowledge relating to Development
- Have Highly Developed Negotiation skills
- Ability to Prepare and Present Reports to Board Level
- Strong Communication skills at all levels
