The Role – education and training sector
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with SEN
- Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
The Ideal SEN Class Teacher – Stevenage
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)
