We partner with brokers and intermediaries to deliver expert underwriting and tailored insurance products through delegated authorities. The Opportunity

This is a client and broker servicing role, focused on delivering a high standard of support across a portfolio of broker partners.

You will act as a key day-to-day contact for brokers, supporting them with:

  • policy queries
  • mid-term adjustments
  • renewals
  • general servicing needs

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, providing excellent service, and working within a collaborative insurance environment.

Role Overview

Broker Servicing (Core Focus)

Act as the primary point of contact for broker enquiries

Provide timely and professional responses to:

  • policy queries
  • coverage questions
  • documentation requests

Build strong working relationships with broker partners

Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience.

Policy Administration

Manage:

  • new business processing
  • renewals
  • mid-term adjustments (MTAs)

Ensure all documentation is:

  • accurate
  • issued promptly
  • compliant with internal and insurer requirements

Maintain well-organised and up-to-date records

Renewals & Retention Support

Assist in the renewal process by:

  • preparing documentation
  • liaising with brokers
  • ensuring timely turnaround

Support retention by maintaining strong broker relationships and service standards

Data & Compliance

Maintain accurate records across internal systems

Ensure all activities meet:

  • regulatory requirements
  • delegated authority guidelines

Support reporting and audit processes where required

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years in insurance account handling, broking, or administrative support
  • Experience in property or commercial lines (desirable but not essential)
  • CII qualified or working towards
