What you’ll be doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing a network of sales teams across multiple sites
- Using performance data, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Taking ownership of the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to completion
- Identifying trends in buyer behaviour and refining sales strategies accordingly
- Ensuring all sales activity is accurately tracked and managed through CRM systems
- Supporting and coaching team members to maximise their potential and results
- Overseeing sales progression to ensure timelines and targets are consistently met
- Managing team resourcing, rotas, and overall operational efficiency
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, governance, and customer service
