What you’ll be doing

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a network of sales teams across multiple sites
  • Using performance data, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Taking ownership of the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Identifying trends in buyer behaviour and refining sales strategies accordingly
  • Ensuring all sales activity is accurately tracked and managed through CRM systems
  • Supporting and coaching team members to maximise their potential and results
  • Overseeing sales progression to ensure timelines and targets are consistently met
  • Managing team resourcing, rotas, and overall operational efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance, governance, and customer service
