The Role
Hiring for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of direct sales across UK & Ireland (leading a team of three) while also overseeing key distributor relationships in a handful of international markets.
You’ll be steering revenue growth across a high‑performance instrumentation portfolio, trusted by customers for its precision, reliability, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor the UKI direct sales team
- Manage and expand distributor performance in selected global territories
- Build strategic account plans and execute on growth opportunities
- Represent a brand with exceptional market credibility and a broad, established product suite
- Collaborate closely with applications, marketing, product, and leadership to drive territory success
- Use data, insight, and market understanding to fine‑tune strategy and forecasting
