A highly successful Legal 500 ranked commercial property team in the Thames Valley are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join them.
Role
In this role you will be acting for banks, private lenders, household names as well as high net worth individuals and land owners. A large amount of the role will involve transactional work but the team also advise on other areas.
You
The firm are seeking a commercial property solicitor with 1-6 years PQE. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and possibly development work.
