As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving digital growth, shaping customer journeys, and delivering campaigns that directly impact revenue and global health outcomes.
Key areas of responsibility:
Play a key role in developing and executing specific marketing strategies and tactics to drive new business expansion and growth across regions including:
Digital Growth and e-commerce:
- Own and optimise our global eCommerce platform, driving performance, conversion, and revenue growth
- Enhance website performance, UX, and content
- Design and execute high-impact digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive measurable business growth
Campaigns and lead generation:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Develop targeted content and segmentation strategies
- Manage and track MQLs within CRM, ensuring strong commercial follow-up
Cross functional collaboration:
- Partner with Product Management on GTM and product launches
- Support sales teams with sales enablement tools and resources
- Work with distributors to enable digital and event activity
Brand & Content
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Develop digital and print marketing materials
- Manage social media and digital presence
Events & Engagement
- Support global partner events, webinars, and conferences
- Work with KOLs and customers to generate insights and content
- Ownership of external communication to a range of stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree, ideally in life science or marketing
- Previous experience in a full-time marketing role, including eCommerce
- Strong IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Design Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud packages/ InDesign essential
- Ability to travel within the UK but also across Europe when required
- Hybrid role will be based in Manchester, minimum 3 days week in the office
