We’re recruiting for a brand marketing manager within the food and beverage sector with relevant industry experience required.
You will be responsible for brand marketing and campaign management working alongside a small but growing team. We’re looking for someone with experience in D2C Food / Beverage. This is suitable for someone used to scale-up / growth businesses.
You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product / brand growth. You should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Innovation is a big part of the role alongside NPD. This will be suitable for someone with a real creative flare!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
- Work alongside the wider teams to ensure all content and campaigns are aligned
- You will directly manage 2 x junior team members and agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 3+ years’ brand management or marketing experience within D2C food brands / businesses or small retail / hospitality and / or restaurants
- Flexibility working in the offices outside of Central London with a 3 x office day hybrid model
