About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business success through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that maximize revenue and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance, and tech) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and upsell additional products.
  • Track and analyze customer performance data, focusing on personalized engagement strategies to drive account growth while ensuring retention and overall satisfaction.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns for your portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery, effectiveness, and accurate performance reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and growing B2B accounts, particularly with Tier 1 and 2 clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry and familiarity with product offerings.
  • Strong commitment to delivering personalized, top-quality service and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track customer performance, identify trends, and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
