Java Software Engineer – HIRING ASAP Start date: ASAP Duration: 8-month contract Location: 4 days in Dunton, Essex office, 1-day remote working – Per Week Rate: £550 – £590 per day inside IR35

Summary We have a fantastic opportunity with Ford Motor Company to hire a Software Engineer to work on innovative and new tech within the wider world of Automotive.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs.
• They are involved in the entire software development lifecycle including designing software architecture, writing code, testing for quality

Key Skills  

• Extensive experience or deep exposure to the following technologies:

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Junit
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• GitHub
• Jetbrains products (e.g., IntelliJ IDEA)
• Fossa (or similar opensource licence compliance tools)
• SonarQube (or similar code quality analysis tools)
• Checkmarx (or similar static application security testing tools)
• Cycode (or similar software supply chain security platforms)
