Cloud People is a specialist recruitment business focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, partnering with Microsoft consultancies across Cloud, Data, AI and Security. We are a small team, growing quickly, with big ambitions around what we want to build and how we show up in the market.
That means two things.
You will not be a number. You will have real visibility, real input and a genuine opportunity to shape your own market.
But it also means you need to be comfortable in that environment. Things move quickly. There is accountability. You are expected to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do.

Alongside that, you will be building your own niche. Speaking to candidates, taking talent to market, opening new doors and growing something that is genuinely yours.
You will also be supported to develop properly. That includes learning the Microsoft ecosystem, gaining certifications and building a level of market knowledge that sets you apart.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Microsoft professionals and understand their experience and goals
- Take strong candidates to market to generate new business opportunities
- Work with existing clients to deliver hires and identify opportunities to expand
- Win new clients through outreach, marketing and consistent market engagement
- Build and grow your own niche within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Continuously develop your knowledge across Cloud, Data, AI and Security
Ideal Experience
- 1 to 3 years recruitment experience, or a background in sales with a genuine interest in technology
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high ownership environment
- Motivated by earning potential and progression
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering a high quality service
- Confident communicator who can build trust with both candidates and clients
- Someone who wants to be part of a growing business and is ready to contribute to that journey
