Solas Mind is the go-to mental health company in the creative industries. We provide specialist wellbeing support to production companies, studios, and charities across film, TV, and theatre. 50+ practitioners. Based at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden and Pinewood Studios. Growing internationally.

We’re hiring our first Head of Partnerships to own and grow our commercial relationships. You’ll work directly alongside our founder to build the partnerships pipeline, develop new relationships, nurture existing partners, and create the systems that let us scale.

The role:

  • Manage inbound enquiries from first contact to signed partnership agreement
  • Build relationships with Line Producers, Heads of Production, and HR Directors
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins with existing partners and identify growth opportunities
  • Attend industry events and convert contacts into conversations
  • Set up and manage the CRM and partnerships pipeline
  • Plan and execute briefing events and webinars
  • Report on pipeline health and revenue performance

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or relationship management
  • Confidence with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy

Nice to have:

  • Background in film, TV, theatre, or creative industries
  • Experience in healthcare, wellbeing, or EAP services
  • Existing network in UK production or charity sector

You don’t need a clinical background or cold calling experience.

GBP 40,000 – 55,000 + quarterly performance bonus
