This is a remote role covering Milton Keynes, Northampton and the wider Beds, Herts & Bucks region, with occasional & monthly travel to the Ipswich head office.
The role:
- Build and grow your own recruitment desk
- Win and develop client relationships
- Deliver high-quality candidates in your market
- Operate with full ownership of your billing
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in recruitment
- Has billed £100k+ (or strong upward trajectory)
- Is confident in business development and client management
- Thrives in a flexible, self-managed environment
